Both in the context of drawing up an advice and when you ask us to implement (or change) parts of an advice, it may happen that we have to contact the custodians, brokers, your other asset managers and other specialists (financial planners, estate planners etc.) that are relevant to the implementation of this advice.
For financial service providers (in particular custodians) this concerns the information they need to be able to determine whether and under what conditions they wish to issue a proposal (for example, the opening of a securities account). In case of information sharing with other specialists, data is concerned that is specifically needed to answer your questions.
We will only pass on your personal data to third parties when it is necessary to perform a specific part of your assignment. We only provide information that these third parties really need to carry out the work we have requested for you. We send messages that inform our customers and interested parties about our services and about developments in financial markets. We use your e-mail address for this purpose. In the "mailing" there is a link through which you can unsubscribe. Your e-mail address will then be permanently deleted from the list.
If you fill in the contact form on our website or send us an e-mail, we will save the data that you send us. We do so for as long as is necessary for answering your questions or handling a file. After that, your data will be permanently deleted.
